Mattress returns are at the customer's expense. To make a return, follow these steps:
Return authorization request: Contact our sales department to obtain a return authorization before shipping the mattress. This authorization is required for us to process your return.
Mattress packaging: Ensure the mattress is carefully packaged in its original packaging or equivalent. Proper packaging is essential to protect the mattress during transport.
Shipping the mattress: After obtaining return authorization, ship the mattress to the address provided by our sales department.
Conditions of receipt: Upon receipt, we will check that the mattress is in good condition and has not been damaged during transport. If the mattress is poorly packaged or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return, which may result in the refund being denied.
